Lexis Hotel Group was awarded Best Corporate Strategy in Line with Business, while President of Lexis Hotel Group, Dato’ Prof. Mandy Chew was conferred Best Corporate Strategy Officer for her contribution to the organisation and the industry as a whole at the Employer Branding Awards 2018-2019: Global Best Employer Awards.
MITA Awards
Lexis Hotel Group has been awarded the ‘Excellent Brand Hotel Group’ by the Malaysian Inbound Tourism Association’s (MITA) Best Choice Recognition Awards 2018. With the objective of promoting Malaysia as an inbound destination of excellence, MITA is a joint effort of experienced industry players rich in tourism and hospitality knowledge with representation from most states in Malaysia.
Employer Branding Awards
Lexis Hotel Group won the Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards for the Hospitality sector at the 2018 Employer Branding Awards, along with two additional awards in acknowledgement of its signature property – Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson, as well as the undeniable prowess and contribution of the Group’s President, Dato’ Prof. Mandy Chew, which are Most Preferred Luxury Hotel of the Year and Most Admired CEO of the Year, respectively.
SME100 Awards
Lexis Hotel Group was awarded the SME100 Awards – Malaysia’s Fast Moving Companies. This accolade is the premiere regional awards that recognise small and medium sized enterprises based on a basket of quantitative and qualitative criteria with a focus on growth, turnover, profit and market share, and resilience best practices, sustainability and vision.
Top 10 of Asia Award
Lexis Hotel Group received not one, but two of RHA Media’s top Asia honours: Malaysia’s Most Admired Hotelier Award and Asian Iconic Luxury Hotel Chain Award. The Top 10 of Asia Award recognises outstanding individuals and organisations in Malaysia and nations across Asia.
Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards
In 2017 and 2018, the President of Lexis Hotel Group, Dato’ Prof. Mandy Chew won the coveted Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards (APEA) under the Outstanding Category in Hospitality and Tourism Industry for two years in a row. APEA is presented to a select handful of entrepreneurs across Asia Pacific each year, and is often compared to the Olympics for the stringent entry criteria and highly competitive judging parameters.
