World Travel Awards
Lexis Hotel Group brought home a whopping seven awards from the 2019 World Travel Awards held in Vietnam. Since then, three of the Group’s signature hotels and resorts were recognised for four consecutive years as crème de la crème at the annual World Travel Awards.

World Luxury Hotel Awards
At the 2023 World Luxury Hotel Awards held in Athens, Greece, Lexis Hotel Group earned multiple award wins as a testament to the hard work and dedication of the Lexis team as well as the unconditional support from every corner of the world. This marks the sixth time Lexis Hotel Group coming on top of other reputed hospitality brands worldwide.

Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards
Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson was the proud recipient of TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Award in 2017 and 2018, which recognised accommodations that score the highest for their value, service, amenities and overall experience for travellers worldwide.
Grand Lexis Port Dickson was also awarded the Travellers’ Choice Award consecutively in 2016 and 2017.
5 Star Hotel Certification By Ministry of Tourism Malaysia
Since 2019, Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson has been recognised and classified as a 5-star hotel resort by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia. While Lexis Suites Penang was awarded the prestigious 5-star certification in 2017 and Grand Lexis Port Dickson received the 5-star certification in 2012.
Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence Awards
Grand Lexis Port Dickson was awarded the Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor in 2012 and 2017 for consistently achieving outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor. TripAdvisor has since renamed the accolade to Travellers’ Choice, which honours select travel establishments that consistently demonstrate a commitment to hospitality excellence.
International Quality Summit Award
Kuala Lumpur Metro Group was honoured as recipient of the International Quality Summit Award for 2014 in New York. The award is presented by Business Initiative Directions (BID) to organisations that best adhere to excellence and innovation in their practices, putting quality first at all levels of organisation.
Star Leadership Quality Award
Kuala Lumpur Metro Group continues to strive for expansion to emerging markets and refining quality developments, and was honoured as recipient of the Star Leadership Quality Award for 2013 in the field of entrepreneurship and management in an award ceremony in Paris.
The Malaysia Book of Records
Grand Lexis Port Dickson entered The Malaysia Book of Records for Most Number of Swimming Pools in a Resort in 2012 with its exceptional collection of 317 villas with private pools. The Malaysia Book of Records is an official body that recognises recordholders, record breakers and record creators in the country.
Century International Quality Gold ERA
The Century International Quality ERA Award in the Gold Category was conferred to Kuala Lumpur Metro Group for its commitment in the realm of customer satisfaction, leadership, strategic planning and benchmarking as established in the QC100 TQM (Total Quality Management) Model.
Bloomberg’s Asia Pacific Commercial Property Awards
The Asia Pacific Commercial Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. Grand Lexis Port Dickson – formerly The Hibiscus Garden Chalets – received two accolades, The Architecture Award (Leisure & Hospitality) Malaysia and Best Leisure Development Malaysia.
